Accusers say Kimbuta did not order murder of Botheti

The military tribunal trying the alleged killers of Kinshasa MP Daniel Botheti held its 9th hearing in the case at the Kokolo military base in Kinshasa on Tuesday. Patrick Mwewa, one of the seven defendants, who had accused Kinshasa governor Andre Kimbuta of ordering the assassination of Botheti , asked for forgiveness from the governor.

The hearing continued with the lawyers for the family of Daniel Botheti questioning the governor about his relation with Daniel Botheti.
