 | A total of 251 Congolese refugees returning to their country from a refugee camp in Uganda died on Saturday in a boat accident on Lake Albert, Congolese government spokesman Lambert Mende has said. North Kivu governor Julien Paluku said the search will continue to find other bodies. He said 251 bodies have been recovered out of 292 that were onboard the ill-fated boat. |
