The result ensured the 1994 CAF Cup Winners’ Cup winners inched through 2-1 on aggregate.
After a lone goal loss in the first leg, Motema Pembe needed at least two unanswered goals to confirm their place at the mini league stage of the second tier continental club championship.
The Congolese succeeded in achieving the feat courtesy a goal in each half by Juma Kaseje (38th minutes) and Salakiaku Matondo (68th minute).
Motema Pembe will play in Group B alongside MAS (Morocco), JS Kabylie (Algeria) and Sunshine Stars (Nigeria).
This is the first time that the Kinshasa-based club have qualified for the mini-league stage of a major continental club championship.
