The international community is interested in transitional justice in the DRC

Thomas LubangaThe International Criminal Court (ICC) fixed an agenda for a hearing on Monday 1 October 2007 for the Thomas Lubanga case, when the earliest start date for the trial and other important issues relating to the case will be decided. Mr. Lubanga is charged by the ICC with war crimes including the enlisting and conscription of children under the age of 15.
